* Repeat prescriptions can be requested, please allow us 48h to process your requests
*We do not accept direct insurance claims without preauthorisation, claim handling may take up to 5 working days with us, we have no control or liability on how fast your insurer will process the claim
* If you have any concerns please address your issues in writing, complaint handling takes up to 2 weeks.
*We provide free nurse lead weight management and dental clinics , however if you need to be refeered to the vet standard consultation charge may be applied(see price list info)

Go Paperless: Opt for digital receipts and treatment plans sent straight to your email.
Proper Disposal: Never flush unused medications or pour them down the drain. Bring them back to the clinic, and we will dispose of them safely and responsibly.
Preventative Care: Healthy pets require fewer resources over their lifetime. Keeping up with vaccinations and wellness checks is one of the greenest things you can do for your pet!
Recycle with Us: Check out our collection points for hard-to-recycle items like empty medication blister packs and food pouches.
